CAMINO COACHING + CONSULTING

Creativity and innovation are in high demand, and they depend on existing knowledge and experience.

Where does that knowledge and experience come from?

Curiosity.

What if slowing down to connect with curiosity led to more productive conversations and faster processes?

Bloom

Ask about:

  • Engaging workshops to reconnect with your organization's innate curiosity.

  • Customized programs that address the needs of individual employees, teams, or the organization's culture.

  • Personal and professional coaching.

Curiosity diverges completely from business as usual. With curiosity, the outcome doesn’t matter. Curiosity isn’t interested in moving anywhere. It seeks knowledge and experience, not for some application, but for the joy of learning itself. WIth curiosity, we stay in the present without a thought to where we are going or what it may or may not produce.

Curiosity requires a safe environment, one with adequate time and space for noticing and wondering. You can’t rush curiosity anymore than you can order a child to “Play faster!” But the gems that come from allowing curiosity are valuable and enduring. When new situations require us to adapt quickly, curiosity is the repository we have built up that creativity can then draw from.

What's so important about curiosity?

Curiosity allows for more productive conversations.
Curiosity results in new knowledge and experiences that creativity and innovation can draw from.

CURIOSITY FEELS GOOD!
